- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹[e.g., 499]
- Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a flat fee of ₹[e.g., 49].
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier name.
- You can track your shipment under the “My Orders” section on our website.
5. Delivery Attempt & Re-shipment
- Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipment can be arranged upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).
6. Damaged During Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel:
- Please do not accept it.
