• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹[e.g., 499]
• Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a flat fee of ₹[e.g., 49].

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier name.
• You can track your shipment under the “My Orders” section on our website.

5. Delivery Attempt & Re-shipment

• Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse.
• Re-shipment can be arranged upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).

6. Damaged During Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel:

• Please do not accept it.
