1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging are intact.
- Return is initiated via your Pinscluz.com account or by emailing us at pinskkerrs@gmail.com.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
- Customized or personalized garments
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Submit a return request via your order page or email.
- Step 2: Our team will schedule a pickup (available in most locations).
- Step 3: Pack the product securely and hand it to the pickup agent.
- Step 4: On receipt and quality check, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- For COD orders, a bank account will be required for refund transfer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Only size or color exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged or defective item, or
- A wrong product (wrong size, color, or style),
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a hassle-free resolution.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may return after delivery as per the above policy.
