We understand that you may change your mind. Here’s how cancellations work at Pinscluz.com:
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order:
- Before it is shipped
- From your account dashboard or by emailing us at pinskkerrs@gmail.com
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after delivery (subject to return policy).
2. Refund on Cancellation
If you cancel before shipping:
- Full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, no amount is deducted as payment is not yet made.
3. Automatic Cancellations
Orders may be auto-cancelled by Pinscluz.com if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment fails
- Delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
4. Partial Cancellations
You can cancel individual items from a multi-item order (if not yet shipped). The refund will be calculated proportionately.
